Recently, she achieved a momentous milestone by clinching the coveted title of Mrs. Asia World 2023. This prestigious honor was bestowed upon her at a glamorous event held in Pattaya, Thailand. Not only did she graciously accept the accolade, but she also mesmerized the audience with a splendid Odissi classical dance performance, eloquently showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Odisha.
Originally from Berhampur in the Ganjam district and raised in Rayagada, Sandhya has left an indelible mark on the modeling scene in Odisha. Her path to success includes notable achievements such as winning the titles of Mrs. India 2020 and Mrs. India Universe 2020 (virtual quarantine queen) in New Delhi. In the same year, she was honored with the Forever Star India Award (FSIA) 2020 in Rajasthan. Adding to her list of accolades, Sandhya, who holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science, was bestowed with an honorary doctorate degree from the International Peace University in Coimbatore, earning the distinguished title of “Dr.”
Going beyond her modeling triumphs, Sandhya is a dedicated fitness advisor and serves as the center head of the International Personal Training and Fitness Academy in Odisha. Her husband, Mr. Mithun Dalai, a pivotal figure in the fitness industry as the director of IPTFA Odisha and the owner of Mahaveer Fitness Academy in Rayagada, joins her in making substantial contributions to the world of fitness and training.
