Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik meets with Mukesh Ambani and talks about investment prospects

Naveen Patnaik, the chief minister of Odisha, met with Mukesh Ambani, the chairman and CEO of Reliance Industries, on Monday in Mumbai to discuss business potential.

According to a communication from the Chief Minister’s Office, Patnaik met Ambani and discussed the advantages of Odisha as an investment location and Reliance’s future investment plans in the state.

Patnaik is in the Western city for a two-day visit.

According to sources, Patnaik will likely meet a number of other prominent entrepreneurs later on during an investors’ convention the state government is hosting in Mumbai.

In an effort to secure investment for the state, the CM of Odisha met with numerous industrialists in Mumbai in September of last year.
