Cuttack,December 13: The Special Chit Fund Court on Thursday directed the Odisha government to return the chit fund money of the small investors of Rose Valley Ponzi Scam.

The court directed the government to disburse Rs 92.08 crore of the chit fund company among 2,38,477 small investors.

The court also directed the government to identify the genuine investors at the panchayat level through the Revenue inspectors and disburse the money to the small investors.

The investors would get the refund in their respective bank account. Those who had invested Rs 7000 in the ponzi firm will get the total amount while those who had invested more than Rs 7000 and less than Rs 10,000, the government will credit Rs 7000 and 50% of the remaining invested to their account.
