The most wanted lady Maoists by the Malkangiri Police today surrendered before Andhra Police in Andhra Pradesh. The two lady Maoists are Shanti Maddi and Sodi Loke. Shanti belongs to Parsanpal village under Motu Block of Malkangiri and Sodi is from Sudhakonda village under Kalimela Block. Both are being serving as Andhra-Odisha Border Zonal committee ACM cadre since past 13 years.
These two were involved in Blasting anti-landmine vehicle in the year 2008 in Malkangiri, attacking on SOG force in Rajulkonda are many more to more than 50 mao violences
These two were carrying cash reward of 3 lakhs each.
Shanti & Sodi said, “They were tortured by the top mao leader of Andhra Pradesh. As the repeated anti-mao operation performed in Odisha-Andhra-Chattisgarh many mao top leaders are feared to the security personnel and many surrendered. The ideology of Maoists have been changed and is not like earlier. Today’s Maoists are miss tracked from real mao ideology.
The two lady Maoists surrendered yesterday before Andhra Police to join the main stream of the society and boycott the mao violence ideology. Malkangiri SP Jagmohan Meena said, “ It is an appeal to all mao cadres in Malkangir district to come forward to join in the main stream of society, all facilities will be provided by the state government to the surrendered mao cadres.”
