New Delhi,Dec.10 : Christian Michel, the extradited alleged middleman in the Rs 3600 crore AgustaWestland chopper deal, will be produced before Delhi court on Monday.
Reports said Michel was sent to five days CBI custody on December 5.The middleman arrived in here in the wee hours of the same day after being extradited from Dubai. He was produced before a special CBI court here.
According to reports the CBI counsel had asked for a 14-day custody of the UK middleman for questioning him on some important documents.
The VVIP helicopter deal was finalised during the previous government of Manmohan Singh. It was mired in allegations of kickbacks.
