Jajpur: The Upper Nagada in Jajpur district was supplied electricity connection today. The move came after the State Lokayukta summoned six district officials over misappropriation of funds allocated for the development of the area.
According to sources, the Odisha Lokayukta found that the road stretch constructed to Nagada was of sub-standard and houses constructed under the Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana were of inferior quality. Following this, notices were served to six district administration officials.
