Following a three-year hiatus, Odisha Tourism is displaying its travel destinations at the World Travel Market (WTM) in London. The three-day exhibition, which began on Monday, has 2,500 exhibitors from more than 100 countries taking part. In order to promote Odisha’s eco-tourism locations, handloom, and handicrafts, Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra and Tourism Minister Aswini Kumar Patra are attending the WTM.
“The event will give the state new chances to develop connections with new partners and will support the gathering of fresh insights and information on emerging tourism and travel trends. Due to its efforts to position Odisha as a top tourist destination in the nation with its specialised tourism offerings, the participation of Odisha Tourism in WTM-2022 has received excellent comments from the Indian tourism and travel community, the minister said.
