KALIA Scheme (Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation).
According to additional sources, the KALIA Yojana gives qualified farmers financial support twice a year, on Akshaya Tritiya and Nuakhai.
The State Government wants to provide farmers with an all-inclusive and adaptable assistance system through the implementation of the KALIA Scheme, assuring faster agricultural success.
A progressive programme like KALIA is driven by the need to provide state farmers with financing choices that would foster the expansion and improvement of agriculture in Odisha.
Increased access to appropriate financial services will boost agricultural productivity and increase farmer income, especially for small and marginal landowners.
