Los Angeles, 28 Jan. 2019: Screen Actors Guild Awards 2019 that was held in Los Angeles on Sunday presented 13 awards that focus on performances in the film and television industry.
While Rami Malek won ‘Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role’ for his film Bohemian Rhapsody, Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film Black Panther, which was in news for being nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars 2019, won the top award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture.
Similarly, Glenn Close won ‘Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role’ for The Wife, while Emily Blunt bagged ‘Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role’ for A Quiet Place.
