It is expected that rain will fall in Odisha until August 10 as a result of a low pressure system that has developed over the Northwest Bay of Bengal off the beaches of West Bengal and Odisha.
“Under the guidance of the cyclonic circulation over Northwest Bay of Bengal & neighbourhood, a Low Pressure Area has developed over Northwest Bay of Bengal off the coasts of Odisha and West Bengal, with the associated cyclonic circulation extending up to 7.6 km above mean sea level and tilting southwestward with height. In the upcoming 24 hours, it is predicted to grow more noticeable, according to this region’s meteorological centre.
