She highlighted the remarkable journey of Lieutenant Commander Dilna K and Lieutenant Commander Roopa, who are currently circumnavigating the globe aboard INSV Tarini as part of the ‘Navika Sagar Parikrama II’, exemplifying the new paradigm of inclusion and excellence in the armed forces.
