In an encounter held at Malkangiri border in Kirdul PS under Dantewara district of Chattisgarh between police and maoists 3-4 maoists severely injured but one is arrested. Reportedly, during the search operation in the mountain range in between Madkamiras & Samlanar area yesterday late night, maoists sighting security personnel started blind fire. To counter the naxal fire, security personnel also started fire on maoists. The encounter continued for long time resulting injury of 3-4 mao cadres. After the fire concluded the security team searched the area and found an injured mao cadre. The security team arrested the mao cadre. He was identified as Bhima Madkami. Madkami was serving as night watchmen for mao group.
The injured Mao cadre was brought to Kirndul Hospital for treatment. After the incident the search operation in the area is being speeded up in search of more injured maoists
