Srinagar,15 Feb. 2019: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said permission has been granted to forces to decide on time and place for future action against terrorists.
Modi’s statement carries significance which comes a day after a suicide bomber rammed his SUV into a bus carrying CRPF troopers in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district in which 45 troopers were martyred.
Speaking in Jhansi, Modi said the neighbouring country is moving with a begging bowl and further described the Pulwama terror attack as an act of desperation.
“The terrorist groups and those who are giving them shelter are responsible and have committed their worst mistake. They have to pay a very big price,” Modi said.
“If our neighbour which is totally isolated in the world thinks it can destabilize India through its tactics and conspiracies, it is making a huge mistake,” the Prime Minister said in an apparent reference to Pakistan.
