The film’s visual spectacles, which were never previously attempted in an Indian film, continue to astound viewers. Of course, the visual effects were a big factor in getting people to the theatres.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Brahmastra: Part One- Shiva broke multiple records and outperformed a number of other Indian films. Despite the film’s mixed reception, those who enjoyed it praised the entire Brahmastra team for their tireless work. Learning that an Odia boy has played a significant role in making the movie into a visual marvel is both startling and exhilarating.
While the movie’s visual effects garnered mainly positive reviews, the overall plot, screenplay, dialogue, and on-screen performances of the lead actors earned unfavourable reviews.
The visual feats in Brahmastra continue to astound viewers since they were never previously tried in an Indian film. Of course, the visual effects were a big factor in getting people to the theatres.
Surprisingly, Subrat Padhi, who is from Bari in the Jajpur area, has played a significant role in improving the visual effects in the film.
Subrat reflected on his motivation and remarked, “After graduating from high school, I enrolled in ITI. ITI, however, did not pique my curiosity. I therefore used to hang out at a friend’s studio. Later, I borrowed his camera and practised using it. I used to work on several wedding projects and eventually learned how to fly drones.”
“Later, he taught me video editing. However, I felt that editing wedding videos wasn’t enough, so I continued to acquire new editing techniques “he added.
He mentioned the following when describing his present career in visual effects and his route to become a member of Brahmastra: “After Quantico, I worked for Redefine, a Bollywood-Hollywood company, and subsequently Byjus. After joining the studio, I was overjoyed to get the chance to work on Bollywood films and, more importantly, I was fortunate to be a part of Brahmastra.”
Subrat expressed his joy by saying, “After watching Brahmastra in the theatre, I was delighted by the credit sequence that shows the names of the project’s technicians.”
“It wouldn’t be incorrect to suggest that the real heroes behind the screen are the technologists. The technicians are essential in making the movie entertaining so that the actors may leave an impression on the audience. Of course, we provide the film with the most essential assistance, and without us, it might not be possible to astonish the audience “” Subrat stated.
