The government’s “antyodaya” strategy includes digital inclusion and connectedness for everyone as essential elements. The prime minister, Shri Narendra Modi, called for the saturation of government programmes in his Independence Day speech in 2021.

According to the government’s “antyodaya” vision, at least 2,792 of Odisha’s disconnected villages will be given 4G service. The project to provide 4G mobile coverage to all unconnected villages in the nation has received approval from the Union Cabinet.

All people should have access to digital inclusion and connection, according to the government’s “antyodaya” vision. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi urged a saturation of government initiatives in his Independence Day speech in 2021.
