The International trade fair with a focus on “Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Startups” will be held at the IDCO Exhibition Ground. All 400 MSMEs across the country will also participate in the trade fair.

Speaking on the occasion, LN Gupta, ACS, MSME informed that the trade fair will have total 400 stalls divided into five hangers. The Theme Pavilion will be devoted to Startups, Innovation and Entrepreneurship with the participation of 40 startups.

The Hanger-A will be dedicated to food processing and seafood sector with 57 stalls allotted to 50 MSMEs. Hanger-B is earmarked for Engineering and Fabrication sector with 79 stalls allotted to 74 MSMEs.

The Hanger-C is earmarked for MSMEs led by Women and SC/ST entrepreneurship, technology companies, software development and handicraft & handloom companies.

Hanger-D will have an exhibition from Coir Board, KVIC, KVIB, MSME-DI and Talgur Society. The Hanger-E will have participation from MSMEs coming from 5 countries as well as CPSUs namely; NALCO, IOCL, MPEDA, MCL and State PSUs like OMC, GRIDCO and IPICOL.

Gupta further added that on the sidelines of MSME trade fair, 4 seminars on MSME related topics are being organized for the benefit of entrepreneurs.

The trade fair will have added attraction of various Odia and continental cuisine provided by 20 food stalls being set up by reputed hotels and restaurants through Director, Tourism. Lastly, for the culture lovers, cultural programmes programme has also been planned each evening.
