Puri,Dec.18 : An engineering student went missing while taking bath in sea in Odisha’s Puri town today.
Sai Krishna Kumar, a student of an engineering college at Bokaro in Jharkhand, had come to Puri for a visit with his three friends and sister.
While they were bathing in sea this morning, a high tide swept away Kumar with it, following which he went missing.
Lifeguards present at the spot initiated rescue operation after noticing his friends shouting for help. On being informed, Marine police reached the beach and expedited the operation.
