His two-thirds stake in Naveen Nivas, a building on Airport Road in Bhubaneswar, is among the chief minister Naveen Patnaik’s immovable property and is worth Rs 9,52,46,190.

As of December 31, 2021, Naveen Patnaik, the chief minister of Odisha, owned real estate valued at Rs 64,9789220, a slight fall of Rs 30,543 from the year before.

His moveable assets include bank accounts in New Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Hinjlicut, and Bargarh, jewellery worth Rs 12,09,25,031, and a car (Ambassador Car) worth Rs 52,88,64,190, according to the statement of Patnaik’s assets and liabilities posted on the official website of the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO). He also has immovable assets worth Rs 52,88,64,190.

His two-thirds ownership in Naveen Nivas, a building on Airport Road in Bhubaneswar, is included in the CM’s immovable property and is worth Rs 9,52,46,190. (approximately). Additionally, he owns a 50% interest in a property at 3 Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Road in New Delhi, which is valued Rs. 43,36,18,000. (approximately). Both of the estates were left to him by his mother.

The Chief Minister stated in his asset disclosure form from the previous year that his total assets were worth Rs 64,98,197.63, which included movable property at Rs 13,404,503.1 and immovable inherited properties for Rs 63,64,07,261.

The values of each minister in Patnaik’s cabinet, other from the chief minister, have all been made public.

While Health Minister Naba Das’ wife owns 75 vehicles registered in her name, all of them are commercial vehicles, Science and Technology Minister Ashok Chandra Panda’s total worth of moveable and immovable assets is Rs 6,49,04,504.50. 18 of them were acquired on my own in 2021.

Similarly, Ministers for Rural Development Pritiranjan Ghadai, Minister for Handlooms, Textiles, and Handicrafts Rita Sahu, and Minister for Steel and Mines Prafulla Kumar Mallik all stated that they don’t own any four-wheelers. Ashwini Patra, the minister of tourism, said at the same time that he owns a Hero Honda Splendor motorcycle from 2002 for the equivalent of Rs 2000.
