With Odisha Chief Minister Shri. Naveen Patnaik last visited the Grievance Cell seven years back, two officers in the rank of Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary, has been running the show on his behalf.
This was mentioned in the written reply by General Grievance and Pension Administration minister Jogendra Behera in the assembly in response to a question of BJP MLA Dilip Ray.
Patnaik had last visited the Chief Minister’s Grievance Cell at the Unit-5 close to the state secretariat on August 16, 2008.
During his 15-year rule, Shri.Naveen Patnaik has visited the Grievance Cell and himself heard plights of people on 76 occasions, highest being 20 days in 2001, the statement submitted by the minister said.
