Bhubaneswar, 27 Jan. 2019: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday afternoon left for New Delhi on a two-day visit to discuss Odisha’s pending issue with the Central government.

According to sources, the CM will hold meetings at Odisha Bhawan on Monday afternoon. Patnaik will also review pending works in various ministries with a focus on fund release as the current financial year ending shortly.

Reportedly, Patnaik will meet some Union Ministers to discuss the issues relating to Odisha. He is scheduled to return tomorrow by 9 pm.

Earlier this month, the BJD supremo visited Delhi to attend a mega farmers’ rally on January 9 organised to protest against the Centre’s policies on farmers and demanding an increase in minimum support price (MSP) for paddy.
