PM Narendra Modi will also interact with students at the institute and address a public meeting at the oil refinery where at least 1 lakh people are expected to be in attendance.
Prime Minister Shri.Narendra Modi reached Odisha late on Saturday night, to inaugurate the National Institute of Science Education and Research in Jatani, here. Modi will also visit the famous Shri.Jagannath temple in Puri and will also inaugurate the Indian oil corporation Ltd.’s Paradip oil refinery project.
The schedule is a part of a 2 day visit of the PM in the state. State Home Secretary, Asit Kumar Tripathy told PTI, ”The Prime Minister will arrive here late evening on Saturday. Tomorrow he will attend two programmes, besides visiting the Lord Jagannath temple at Puri.”
Modi stayed at the Raj Bhawan and inaugurate the institute at Jatni on the outskirts of Bhubaneshawar at 9 am today. PM will also interact with the students of the NSIER and at around 11 am, will pay his obeisance at the Jagannath temple in Puri. He tweeted about his plans on Twitter, saying, “Will offer prayers at the Shri.Jagannath Temple in Puri during my Odisha visit on the 7th.”
At around 1 pm, he will leave for the inauguration ceremony of the Paradip oil refinery and will address a press and public meet over there.
