The Government, Fisheries & ARD Department has appointed Suresh Kumar Vashishth, IAS (RR-1998), Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government, Science & Technology Department.
As of the day Suresh Kumar Vashishth assumes leadership, Dr. Arabinda Kumar Padhee’s supplementary appointment as Principal Secretary to Government, Fisheries & ARD Department will come to an end.
The Government’s Woman & Child Development Department has nominated Shubha Sarma, IAS (RR-l999), Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts Department.
From the day Shubha Sarma assumes leadership, Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma’s additional appointment as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Government, Woman & Child Development Department would come to an end.
Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma, IAS(RR-1999), Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Department, is permitted to continue serving in this capacity in addition.
As Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Health & Family Welfare Department, Shalini Pandit, IAS(RR-2001), Mission Director, National Health Mission, is also responsible for serving as Special Secretary to Government, H & F.W. Department.
The P R & D W Department has appointed Mrs. Guha Poonam Tapas Kumar, IAS(RR-2008), Director, ST with the added responsibility of CEO, ORMAS, as Additional Secretary to Government.
She is permitted to continue serving as CEO of ORMAS.
The National Health Mission has appointed Dr. Brundha D, IAS (RR-2010), MD, OSMCL with the added responsibility of Commissioner, Food Safety, Odisha, as Mission Director.
She is permitted to continue serving as the MD for OSMCL and the Commissioner for Food Safety in Odisha.
It is permitted for Sanjay Kumar Mishra, IRTS-1992, Special Secretary to the Government, Commerce & Transport Department, to continue serving as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of OPTCL.
After Sanjay Kumar Mishra, IRTS, assumes control, Nikunja Bihari Dhal’s supplementary appointment as chairman of OPTCL would come to an end.
Saroj Kumar Mishra, OAS(SS), Special Secretary to the Government, Finance Department with additional responsibility as Special Secretary to the Government, Home(Protocol) Department, has been transferred and assigned as Special Secretary to the Government, Health & Family Welfare Department.
He is permitted to continue serving as the Home(protocol) Department’s Special Secretary to the Government.
