The deceased was identified as Jagabandhu Behera (47) of Kandad village in Balasore district.

According to sources, the fire mishap occurred following leakage in the LPG cylinder on November 12. While Jagabandhu sustained 60 % burn injuries, his son Bijay received 40% burn injuries in the mishap.

Though attempts were made to admit them at the Civil hospital in the Gurugram area, they were denied treatment here. Following this, the victim’s friends rushed them to Safdarjung hospital.
