Anant Ambani, the youngest son of billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, just got engaged to Radhika Merchant, and on Tuesday he travelled to Lord Jagannath’s pilgrimage centre of Puri.
Anant arrived at Bhubaneswar’s Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) at noon and immediately travelled to the Lord Jagannath shrine in Puri. At the shrine from the 12th century, he prayed and asked the brother deities for their homage.
Because the Ambani scion was visiting, security measures at the airport were heightened.
After receiving a divine blessing from the holy trinity in the temple, Junior Ambani expressed his joy.
“I am happy that I had a very good darshan of Lord Jagannath. I pray for his blessings,” he told the media outside the temple.
According to a servant, he spent around ten minutes praying to the trinity within the main temple before visiting the Maa Bimala, Maa Laxmi, and Mahavir temples.
Anant Ambani went to the Kamakhya Temple on the Nilachal Hills in Guwahati on Monday to ask the Goddess’ blessings.
Anant and Radhika Merchant, the daughter of Shaila and Viren Merchant, exchanged vows in front of loved ones, close friends, and cherished traditions on January 19 at the Mumbai Ambani Residence Antilla.
A-listers from the worlds of cricket and Bollywood flocked to the engagement celebration. Nearly all of the celebrities, including superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan, attended the event.
