Bhubaneswar: In the wake of coronavirus outbreak the Finance department has issued an advisory containing a list of advices to banks. These advices needed to be implemented in the branches of the bank and ATMs as a precautionary measure to do away with coronavirus outbreak. The advisory also reads that Posters should be exhibited in this regard.
The Finance Department has issued advisory on coronavirus to Banks. It has been asked in the advisory to exhibit the posters displaying the tips to prevent coronavirus outbreak.
Here are the contents of the advisory:
- All the officials have been asked to wear a mask during duty hour.
- All the officials should wash their hands at regular intervals either with soap or sanitizer.
- Sanitizers should be kept ready for use at all the ATMs.
- Costumers of banks are advised to wash their hands after withdrawing money from the ATM.
- Banks should keep sufficient cash in the ATMs.
- The customers should be given entry into the ATM kiosk only one after one.
- Crowd should be avoided in all the branches of the banks.
- To avoid crowd at one place, banks have been advised to keep open multiple service desks/counters.
- At a time only a small number of customers will be given entry into the bank.
