In a month, the government of higher education will draught a plan for working with Deakin University in Australia on skill and vocational courses.
This was determined at a conference held in the city on Monday involving the vice chancellors of all public institutions in Odisha, the vice chancellor of Deakin University, and representatives from the Australian Consulate.
The conference, chaired by Higher Education Minister Rohit Pujari, resolved that the coordination between Australian universities and Odisha universities will be handled by the Odisha State Higher Education Council.
According to sources, the conversation focused on how to set up online skill courses amongst the universities for the global partnership.
