The collection of writings on relevant modern topics that surfaced in India during the pandemic years of 2020–21 and 2021–2022 is the book. In a press release from the chief minister’s office, it was stated that numerous fissures that had developed since the epidemic hit the world needed to be examined in order to understand where India stood internationally.
The book examines the successes of states like Odisha, which distinguished themselves by adopting the 5-T framework of governance, which serves as the overall policy approach in what is now known as the Odisha model of growth and development.
Teamwork, technology, transparency, transformation, and time restriction are the five criteria by which the performance of government employees and projects is assessed in the 5-T framework of the Odisha government.
Based on its prior expertise managing natural disasters, the Odisha government’s management of the Covid situation has received praise both domestically and internationally.
The book discusses in detail how the Odisha government has gained national recognition for its work in the areas of healthcare, vaccination, online education for schoolchildren, and increased use of cutting-edge technology.
