Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has designated members of his cabinet as ‘Prabhari Mantri’ (District In-Charge Ministers) for all districts in Odisha. This decision aims to strengthen administrative efficiency and foster closer coordination between state and district-level governance. 

Under this initiative, each minister has been entrusted with specific districts to ensure effective monitoring of developmental activities, address local concerns, and implement government programs seamlessly. 

List of Ministers and Their Assigned Districts: 

  1. Cuttack: Sri K.V. Singh Deo, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister 
  1. Jagatsinghpur & Balasore: Smt. Pravati Parida, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister
