NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the Class 10 board exam results 2018 today, May 29, 2018.The announcement ended days of anxiety for more than 16 lakh students. Girls have outperformed boys with 88.67 pass percentage while boys have scored a pass percentage of 85.32. With the results out for the exams held back in March, four students have emerged as toppers with 499 marks out of 500. The list of toppers include Prakhar Mittal from DPS, Gurgaon, Rimzhim Agarwal from RP Public School, Bijnor, Nandini Garg from Scottish International School, Shamli, and Sreelakshmi G from Bhavan’s Vidyalaya, Cochin.
The students who appeared for the CBSE Board Class 10 exam 2018 can check their result on the official website of the CBSE Board – www.cbse.nic.in.
The National Information Centre (NIC) will also host the result on www.cbseresults.nic.in. Other websites that will show the CBSE Class 10 results 2018 are – Google search page, Bing search page, SMS Organizer app and UMANG app.

CBSE Class 10 Result 2018 Highlights
- Sourit Halder from DPS Ruby Park Kolkata has secured 496 out of 100, highest so far from the city.
- Soumyadeep Saha of JVM Shyamli and Aastha from DPS Ranchi scored 98.6% with 493 marks each.
- Sthitipragyan Sahoo of DAV Public School Bhubaneswar has secure 99.2%.
- Sayan Maji Of South Point High School is one of the toppers from Kolkata. He scored 98.4% (492 out of 500).
- Yashika Manghnani of DPS Bhopal Needbad Branch emerges as overall topper in Bhopal so far with 98.2% pass percentage
- CBSE Class 10 Bhopal result: Sagar Public School Saket Nagar Class X result is 100%. Rank 1: Ilika Rana – 96.2% | Rank 2: Samyak Gothi – 96% | Rank 3: Vidushi Katare – 95.6%
- Delhi Public School Bhopal Neelbad branch student Yashika Manghnani tops city with 98.2% follwed by Pulkit Paliwal with 98%. This is the highest score so far in Bhopal. The third position has been secured by Aakriti Jain with 97.2% marks.
- Bhubaneswar region including Odisha, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh, registers a pass percentage of 89.27%
- Somya Deep Pradhan, a student of JNV, Dhanpur in Odisha became second topper in class X CBSE exam in the country in differently abked category. The boy has secured 484 out of 500.
