State Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari will present the annual Budget for the fiscal year 2023-24 on February 24, with general debate beginning on February 27. On March 31, the House will hear the appropriation bill.

During the session, there will be a seven-day break from March 2 to March 9. According to the schedule, all second and fourth Saturdays and Sundays, March 30 (Shreeram Navami), and April 1 (Odisha Day) will be closed.
