The Unit 2 Market Building area of Bhubaneswar experienced significant levels of tension on Sunday after a fight allegedly broke out between members of the traders’ association and street vendors.

Officials from the Capital police station hurried to the scene after being told.
According to accounts, last Sunday saw the removal of the street sellers from the Market Building area. They returned to the region today, though, and attempted to establish their enterprises, but the locals objected.
Following the altercation, the market has been closed for an undetermined amount of time.
