According to a tweet from the Odisha Police, cybercriminals are attempting to steal your personal information from mobile phones by installing malware on them.
Odisha has already tweeted similar material to raise awareness among its followers.
On September 4, the Odisha Police sent a tweet warning people to exercise caution because scammers frequently try to clone or gain access to SIM cards. The straightforward explanation is that each person’s accounts are connected to their registered mobile phone numbers. “Fraudsters frequently call you pretending to be a cell operator employee and try to persuade you with SIM upgrades or incentives,” the Odisha Police tweeted. So be alert and practise cyber safety.
