Again in a gap of couple of days derailment affected the rail communication between Koraput-Rayagada. Reportedly, today evening around 6:30pm a Goods trains two wagons derailed near Bhalumaska Station. The said wagons were also loafed with Alumina powder as same as earlier on Sunday. The wagons belongs to NALCo Damanjodi.
Following the derailment the Hirakhand express is detained at Lakshmipur and Rourkela-Koraput at Tikiri station. Meanwhile, a relief trains from Rayagada and Koraput has been sent to clear the tracks.
